New Update: Hybrid work style support

With remote jobs engulfing the market, companies – more inclined to the traditional work-in-office approach – are looking for alternatives.

Many are offering a “hybrid” working style now when employees work from home some days, and other days go to office.

Here at SmartJobBoard we’re eager to stay on the edge of the market changes and quickly adapt to employer needs.

So in this update we added a new job location type: Hybrid.

When posting a job, employers can now choose “onsite”, “remote” or “hybrid” depending on what work style they offer to their employees.


Furthermore, it’s possible now to add an additional filter “Onsite/Remote” which will enable job seekers to specify which specific job they’re looking for.


This can be enabled in Settings > Refine Search Settings.

We really hope this new improvement will help employers find the best talent and job seekers land their dream job!
