Manage Currencies

There is a Currency system provided within the software so that you could allow each user selecting a currency to make payments in.
To get to the Currency Settings you need to go to Admin Panel > System Settings > Manage Currencies.
On the opened page you will see the table of currencies available in the system at the moment:
As you can see one of the currencies have to be set as a default (e.g. US dollar).
Also there is an exchange rate toward the default currency set by administrator.
The “Status” column displays whether the currency is available for users currently or not. You can Activate or Deactivate any currency clicking on the “Activate” / “Deactivate” link opposite this particular currency in the table.
Adding a New Currency
You can add as many new currencies to the system as needed. For that you need to click on the “Add a New Currency” link located over the Currencies table. On the opened page you will see the following form to fill in:

- Currency Name – enter the name of the new currency. It is the system value and will not be visible for the users;
- Currency Code – enter the code for the new currency (e.g. USD, EUR, etc);
- Currency Sign – enter/paste the sign of the currency (e.g. $, €, £, etc);
- Exchange rate – here you can set the exchange rate between the new currency and the currency set as a default one. In further you can edit this value any time you need.
After filling in all form fields press the “Add” button at the bottom of the form. You will be redirected back to the Currency Settings page and the newly created currency will appear in the table.
Editing Currencies
If you need to edit of the Currencies you need to click on the “Edit” icon opposite this particular currency in the table (e.g. “Euro”). On the opened page you will see the following form:

Here you can edit the Current values the way you need. After that – press the “Edit” button at the bottom of the form.
Deleting Currency
If there are any needless currencies you can easily delete them from the system clicking on the “Delete” icon opposite a certain currency, e.g. Pound:
