Form Builder is a visual editor Admin can use to easily edit Job and Resume Search forms, e.g. change fields order, add new fields to a search form and remove needless ones.

Note: you can use Form Builder for editing a search form itself,
and if you need to edit a certain field you need to do that via
Common Fields or Job/Resume Listing Fields menus of the Admin Panel.

To get to the Form Builder menu, go to Admin Panel >> Layout and Content >> Form Builder.

On the opened page you will see the following options:

To edit Job or Resume Search forms click on the appropriate "Edit" icon (for example Job Search)
You will see the following window opened:

The fields that are currently available on the Search form for users are located in the left column.
To see the way a certain field looks just click on the '+' sign opposite the field's name:

The field will be displayed:

To hide field details, click on the '-' sign.

If you need to see the fields that are currently inactive and can be added to the Search form click on the right green panel which says "Show inactive fields":

To add a field to the Search form - drag and drop that field on the form to a place you need:

Also it is possible to add a "Html block" to the Search Form, for that drag and drop it from the Inactive Fields panel to the Search Form to the place you need and insert a html code:

after changes will be saved it will appear on the Search Form:

Likewise for changing order of the fields on the Search Form drag it and drop to the needed place:

To remove a field from the Search Form you need to simply click on the red cross icon:

A field will be removed from the Search Form (it will remain in the system) and will not be available for users. If later you need to add this field back to the Search Form you can find it on the Inactive Fields panel and simply drag and drop it to the Search Form again.

Make sure to save the changes you made before closing Form Builder window.
You can use "Apply" button for saving changes without closing Form Builder window, e.g. for checking the way your current alterations look on the front-end and continue editing the Search Form:

If you finished editing the Search Form you can press the"Save" button - then the changes will be saved, Form Builder window will be closed and you will be redirected back to the Form Builder menu of the Admin Panel:

"Cancel" button will annul all unsaved changes made by you. The system will ask you to confirm canceling changes - press "OK" to continue.

Unsaved changes will be canceled and Form Builder window will remain opened.

Also if needed you can simply close the Form Builder window manually:

In that case all unsaved changes will be canceled.

Note: it is possible to create Job or Resume Search form manually via templates. For that click on the following link at the bottom of the Form Builder window:
