User Sub-Accounts – ability for users to create sub-accounts and set permissions for them
Bulk Job Import – employers can import jobs from excel/csv file
Screening Questionnaires – ability for Employers to formulate questionnaires with passing score and add them to job postings. Job Seekers when applying for such job have to fill up a questionnaire
Complex fields – created by Admin block of fields which is used on the Post Resume form and can be added several times by a user if needed (e.g. Work Experience, Education, Skills and etc)
Video in User Profile – Users are able to add video to their Profile; Employers video will be displayed on the Company Info page
Subscription / Listing expiration reminder – users will be reminded about subscription/listing expiration the preset number of days before it
Flag listing – users can flag listings they regard as inappropriate specifying one of the given flag reasons. Admin can create flags and manage flagged listings via Admin Panel
Brief Postings Statistics on the Homepage – the number of currently active jobs and resumes is displayed on the front-end Homepage
Twitter integration plug-in – allows exporting jobs/resumes to twitter.com automatically according to the task scheduler settings or manually via Admin Panel
Error Control – additional System Setting where Admin can set Error Control Mode and Error log parameters
Backup/Restore – now system backup and further restore can be easily done via Admin Panel

Double quotes in Boolean search – double quotes are used to combine whitespace-separated words into a single search criteria (e.g. “sales manager”)
Default Membership Plan – additional User Group setting that allows Admin making a certain Membership Plan to be Default and system will automatically subscribe newly registered users to this plan
Mail Settings – SSL, TLS and None selection was added to the SMTP mail settings
Usability improvement – Admin Panel and front-end layout is made more usable
