In 'Internationalization Settings' part the administrator can set the following settings:
• Default Domain - the domain system will use by default if not specified for a phrase in a template.
• Default Language - the language set by default for the system;
• Mark Phrases That Are Not Translated - allows to set all not translated phrases to be highlighted.
