h. File

File type is used for uploading and downloading any file for listings.

The maximum size of the uploaded file can be specified for the fields of the 'File' type. To specify the size of the file click on the edit icon near that field.

Enter the maximum size of the uploaded file in the 'Maximum File Size' field on the 'Edit Listing Field Info' page. By default 'Maximum File Size' = '0'.

If the maximum size of the uploaded file is not specified there are no limitations set by the system.

You can use 'File' type fields in the display, input and search forms.

By default fields of this type are displayed as input box with 'Browse' button on input forms, as checkbox on search forms (to search listing with files) and as a link to a file to download on display forms.
